JOB OBJECTIVE The Construction Superintendent ensures the quality and integrity of each project, delivering on schedule and within budget. Utilizing construction management procedures and experience, this role provides continuity and consistency in construction management, ensuring quality assurance and reliable control. The superintendent oversees all aspects of field construction for electrical, instrument, and control disciplines, including cable pulling, equipment installation, cable termination and testing, instrument calibration, and modifications to equipment. Our client is looking for an E&I Field Supervisor to support a large-scale sustainable project in Antwerp, where they are acting as the EPC contractor. This role requires a strong technical background in Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) field supervision, specifically for installation oversight and technical issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
The E&I Field Supervisor will be responsible for:

TOS Definition and Preparation: Lead the development and readiness of Technical Operating Standards.
QA/QC Documentation: Collect, verify, and validate quality assurance and control forms.
As-Built Documentation: Ensure the accuracy of red-marked drawings for as-built preparation.
Cable Testing: Conduct megger tests on cables and manage associated QA/QC documentation.

Responsibilities

Administer the packages of instrumentation engineering group
