Extensive experience leading and delivering Human Factors support for high-hazard projects, ideally within the nuclear sector or similar industries.
A degree in a related subject (e.g., Human Factors, ergonomics, psychology, industrial design).
Chartered status or working towards chartership with The Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors.
Excellent technical report writing skills.
Thorough knowledge of UK regulations and standards relevant to Human Factors.
Experience working with regulatory bodies and an understanding of various regulatory regimes.
Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
Due to the nature of the role, candidates must be eligible to obtain security clearance and hold permanent UK residency.
